We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address, and the site shows no ads.
Visit counts without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and check how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser. It records things like the page you opened, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and your country, and shows us only totals. Like any web host, Cloudflare may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Google Analytics, only if you accept
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics. Until you click Accept, Google's script is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 counts page views, the approximate area you are in, your device and browser, and how you arrived, so we can see which tools people use. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_P6EBTK4XR4, which last up to 2 years. We send only the page address, never what you type into a tool. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Choosing Reject turns Google Analytics off and deletes its cookies.
What stays on your device
- Settings. Tools remember your choices, such as the shade, brightness, timer or a best score, in your browser's local storage. Your cookie choice is kept the same way. This never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- Offline copies. Pages you visit are kept in your browser so they work offline.
- Pictures and text you add. Some tools let you load a picture (for example to trace, to crack or as a caller photo) or type text. They are used only on your screen and are never uploaded.
Camera
A few tools can use your camera, and only after you press a button and allow it in your browser: the flashlight opens the camera to reach its flash, the online mirror shows your camera as a mirror and can save a photo you take, the ring light can show your camera as a mirror, and the fake video call can show you in the small window. The picture stays on your device: it is shown on your screen only and is never recorded, stored or sent. A photo taken with the online mirror is made by your browser and saved as a file on your device; it is not uploaded. No analytics event ever contains a camera picture. The camera turns off when you stop the tool or leave the page.
Microphone
Only one tool can use your microphone: the teleprompter, and only if you switch on its optional "voice follow" feature and allow it in your browser. It listens so the script can scroll along with your voice. Nothing is recorded or stored by this site. Speech recognition is done by your browser, and depending on the browser the audio may be sent to the browser maker's speech service to turn it into text. The microphone turns off when you switch voice follow off or leave the page. No other tool uses the microphone.
Cookies
The only cookies are the Google Analytics ones above, and only after you accept. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.
Children
The site is for a general audience. We do not ask anyone, including children, for personal information.
